They are sent using Express Post Shipping Australia-wide, to ensure your order arrives to you in the best condition possible. Thursday dispatch will only be to capital cities. The belly of pork from 100% Australian Pork is salted and spiced. It’s then rolled and placed into a natural casing. This product is air dried (not cooked) then allowed to mature. It is sliced thinly to full enjoy the flavour.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Pork, Salt, Dextrose (corn based), Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate (251), Sodium Nitrite (250).
DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Safe to consume for those with intolerances to Gluten and Lactose
PACKAGING PRIMARY: It is sliced for you in a convenient 100g pack.
PACKAGING SECONDARY: Sliced packs are in a modified atmosphere package.
