This 100% Australian Pork meat Sopressa develops its unique flavour by being larger in diameter. The spices used are carefully chosen so as to develop its distinctive flavour and enhanced with extra Fennel Seeds.
It is then sliced and packaged in a convenient 100g modified atmosphere pack.
