This salame is cut medium to fine and contains a higher percentage of pork than beef. It is spiced and seasoned the Venetian way, and filled into a natural casing. It is available in both milkd, tied with white string and hot, which contains chilli and is tied with red string. Hot Veneto contains a hot heat strength chilli.
