IFFA DFV International Product and Quality Competition 2025 Awards
Borgo Salumi has officially claimed its place as Australia’s most awarded smallgoods producer, after receiving 21 awards for 18 products at the prestigious 2025 DFV IFFA International Product and Quality Competition in Frankfurt, Germany - one of the world’s most revered smallgoods competitions. Held every three years, the competition is hosted by the German Butchers’ Association and judged at IFFA, one of the world’s largest meat industry trade fair. The awards recognise the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality in meat products globally.
