AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING
As a general rule, orders are despatched on Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for delivery Australia-wide, to ensure your order arrives to you in the best condition possible. Thursday despatch will only be to capital cities.
We recommend that you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to personally receive your order such as a work place.
Please note that delivery to PO BOXES is at an additional cost of $9.35 (incl. GST) This is a direct cost from the delivery companies.
We encourage our customers to avoid delivering to a PO Box where possible.

Even though Salumi can be stored at ambient temperatures, we like to take steps to keep your order at a cool and constant temperature during transportation so that your order arrives to you in the best condition possible.
For Salumi which is not vacuum packed, mould is a safe and vital part of the artisan process. Whilst in transit, your order may develop more mould. Don’t be alarmed, this is perfectly safe and a natural part of authentic Salumi.
