* Orders placed before 9am are shipped Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays via Express Post Australia-wide.
* On Thursdays, dispatch is limited to capital cities only.

This 100% Australian Pork meat sopressa develops its unique flavour by being larger in diameter. The spices used are carefully chosen so as to enhance its distinctive flavour. Hot Sopressa contains a hot heat strength chilli.
It is then sliced and packaged in a convenient 100g modified atmosphere pack.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Pork, Salt, Dextrose (Corn Based), Wine, Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate (251), Sodium Nitrite (250), Starter Culture
DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Safe to consume for those with intolerances to Gluten and Lactose
PACKAGING PRIMARY: It is sliced for you in a convenient 100g pack.
PACKAGING SECONDARY: Sliced packs are in a modified atmosphere package.
STORE CONDITIONS: Hold at < 20°C
SHELF LIFE: 16 weeks @ < 20°C
METHODS OF PRESERVATION: Fermented, held at 14°C, Nitrite, Aw.
