Please place orders by Tuesday 16th December to enable us to give your parcel the best possible chance to arrive by Christmas.
We will be closed from 12pm Christmas Eve - Wednesday 24th December 2025, through to Sunday 11th January 2026.
Any orders which are received after the 16th December and are not the following capital city destinations (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart or Adelaide) will be despatched upon our return from the 12th January 2026.
For deliveries to Western Australia and Northern Territory, please have your Christmas orders in no later than 9am Monday 15th December.

Available in: Mild or Hot (Sliced) 100g Modified Atmosphere Pack
This is a traditional and authentic as a home-made salame. Made using 100% Australian Free Range Pork with no preservatives. The Mild is mildly spiced and seasoned. The Hot has a hot heat chilli strength. The coarse meat mixture is air dried and cured in our special cloth casing and aged for a minimum of 6 weeks.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Free Range Pork, Salt,Dextrose (Corn based), Red Wine, Spices, Starter Culture.
DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Safe to consume for those with intolerances to Gluten and Lactose.
PACKAGING PRIMARY: It is sliced for you in a convenient 100g pack.
PACKAGING SECONDARY: Sliced packs are in a modified atmosphere package.
STORE CONDITIONS: Hold at < 20°C
SHELF LIFE: 16 weeks @ < 20°C
METHODS OF PRESERVATION: Fermented, held at 14°C, Aw.
FINAL CUSTOMER PREPARATION: Cut through clear top film and peel back. Ready to eat.
