SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched on Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for next day delivery Australia-wide, to ensure your order arrives to you in the best condition possible. Thursday dispatch will only be to capital cities. No orders will be dispatched on a Friday.

Pork belly with loin of pork still attached, salted and spiced. It’s then rolled and placed into a natural casing. This product is air dried (not cooked) then allowed to mature. We recommend slicing thinly to full enjoy the flavour.
