Pork belly from 100% Australian Pork without the loin of pork. It is salted and spiced but not rolled. This product is air dried (not cooked) then allowed to mature. We recommend slicing thinly to full enjoy the flavour or diced to add another dimension to your favourite dish.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Pork, Salt, Dextrose (corn based), Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate(251), Sodium Nitrite (250).
