Please place orders by Tuesday 16th December to enable us to give your parcel the best possible chance to arrive by Christmas.
We will be closed from 12pm Christmas Eve - Wednesday 24th December 2025, through to Sunday 11th January 2026.
Any orders which are received after the 16th December and are not the following capital city destinations (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart or Adelaide) will be despatched upon our return from the 12th January 2026.
For deliveries to Western Australia and Northern Territory, please have your Christmas orders in no later than 9am Monday 15th December.

Pork belly without the loin of pork. It’s salted and spiced and then rolled and placed into a natural casing. This product is air dried (not cooked) then allowed to mature. Slice thinly to fully enjoy the flavour.
