This salame is based on a traditional salame which originates from the town of the same name, located not far from the city of Parma. It contains 100% Australian pork and is mildly spiced, seasoned and aged for a minimum of 4 weeks. The coarse meat mixture is filled into a natural casing and hand tied.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Pork, Salt, Dextrose (Corn Based), Wine, Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate (251), Sodium Nitrite (250), Starter Culture.
DIETARY SENSITIVE CONSUMER: Safe to consume for those with intolerances to gluten and lactose.
