Orders placed before 9am are dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays via Express Post Shipping Australia-wide, ensuring they arrive in the best possible condition. On Thursdays, dispatch is limited to capital cities, while no orders are sent out on Fridays.

They are smaller cacciatori, approximately 60mm long, with coarse minced Australian Pork meat, sweet peppers are added to the meat mixture as well as selected spices to give them their distinctive flavour. They are available in mild, tied with white string, and hot which contains chilli is tied with red string. The coarse meat mixture is filled into natural casings, tied and aged for a minimum of 4 weeks and then vacuum packed. Hot Mini Cacciatori contains a medium heat strength chilli.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Australian Pork, Sweet Peppers , Salt, Dextrose (Corn Based), Wine, Spices, Antioxidant (316), Sodium Nitrate (251), Sodium Nitrite (250), Starter Culture.
