Fresh Sausages, Prosciutto Cotto (Ham), Mortadella, and Cotechino—due to temperature sensitivity.

All other Salumi listed below in our Online store are ready to ship and enjoy!
🛒 Custom Orders Welcome:
Don’t see your favourite Salami or Sopressa online? Reach out—we’re happy to arrange a special order and add it to the store when you're ready. As these items vary in weight, we’ll weigh them at the time of sale for accurate pricing.
🚚 Dispatch Schedule:
* Orders placed before 9am are shipped Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays via Express Post Australia-wide.
* On Thursdays, dispatch is limited to capital cities only.
* No dispatch on Fridays to maintain quality.
